Our technician from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, Robert Chavez, was truly amazing. He tackled a very complex repair of our sewer line with hard work, perseverance, and creativity. A truly professional and dedicated person. We will always call on him again when needed and are so very appreciative of his efforts. Thank you again Robert.

We were looking for a while for a good, reasonable, and knowledgeable plumber which does not shy away from a challenging job. And... we hit the jackpot with Benjamin Franklin's employee Jessan!! He and his assistant were so precise and patience during a long day job. The it come was off the chain!! We so thankful that we met them and can highly recommend this company, because they do stand by what they promise. I

I recently wrote a review that was less than stella. I 100% reverse my opinion after my discussion with the owner. We worked through my issue and was able to resolve with a mutually agreeable solution. I said earlier the work was professional and courteous. Ownership actually made the difference. I am more than satisfied. I will recommend this company to others.

I've called them to replace my hot water heater and to fix corroded pipes. Cody did outstanding on both jobs. Highly recommend!

Brandon was very helpful, did not charge for assessment and quote. Very responsive, detailed quotes and explanation. They had competitive pricing. We shopped around with multiple companies, this one by far was the best one.

Dave was punctual, professional and considerate of our requirements. He exhibited excellent communication and provided several options to address our issues.
